  • Start a drive from CarPlay, the Action Button, or by saying "Hey Siri, start a drive in Moda". A Shortcuts automation can start one the moment your car connects.
  • Ask Siri how many hours you have left, or whether you are on track for your target date. Both answer out loud without opening the app.
  • Say "log 40 minutes with Mom" for a drive you forgot to start, and name any supervisor out loud.
  • Pause and resume a drive by voice, for gas stations and drive-thrus.
  • Moda works out who is supervising on its own when your own history makes the answer clear, and asks when it does not. The name is on the summary when you stop, and one tap changes it.
  • Colorado (DR 2324) and Florida (HSMV 71143) added to the official DMV forms Moda fills in, bringing it to nine states.
  • Indiana drivers past 108 drives now get additional copies of Form 54706 rather than the extra drives being left off, which the form’s own instructions allow.
  • Parents can see a drive while it is happening, with an audit screen listing exactly what gets sent and a switch to turn it off.
  • Drives no longer need a parent to confirm them before they count. Verification should never have been able to subtract hours a teen actually drove.
  • Notifications rewritten with quiet hours and per-reminder limits so they stop repeating. Parents can receive their own.
  • Fixed a bug that could throw away a finished drive at the moment you saved it.
  • Fixed sync dropping drives, and the parent’s totals disagreeing with the driver’s.
